ICB Qualifications

All of our ICB Courses are accredited! After completion, you will be a qualified professional in finance and business. Add your ICB qualification to your CV, and prove you have what it takes to make it big in any industry. Qualifications you can pursue include:

  • National certificate

ICB Exams

There are both paper and online exams available to you. Here you can put your knowledge to the test and achieve your certificate. But before you can take your seat, you need to register and prepare yourself for the big day.

How to Enter the ICB Exams

Now that you’ve chosen your course, college and paid the annual registration fee, it’s time to enter the ICB exam. You need to do this as soon as possible, as the space for paper exams are limited. Plus, the only way you’ll get your ICB PoE is after choosing an exam date: To enter the ICB exams, you need to:

  1. Choose the subject you would like to write
  2. Pick the exam venue
  3. Choose the next available exam date
  4. Add to basket and head to the checkout
  5. Select your payment method and submit

Once you’ve made the payment, you will get access to your PoE.

Your ICB PoE

Next up is your ICB portfolio of evidence (PoE). This is made up of your formative and summative exams. It includes all of your tests and assignments that will help you prepare for the finals. To access your digital PoE, make sure you install Google Chrome. Remember to use the ICB checklist to track your progress.

ICB Completion Deadline

With us, there are no classes. This means you can study at your own pace. But you still need to stick to the ICB completion deadline. If your PoE is not completed at least one week before the finals, you’ll be disqualified from the exam.

Keep in mind: Use the ICB timetable to keep track of important exam dates.

Pass Requirements

After reaching the highlight of your course, you need to get the ICB results that prove you are competent in the skills you’ve earned. So to pass your course, you need to meet the following pass requirements:

  • 50% to pass your ICB final exams
  • 60% to pass your your ICB course

Start early – Before you know it, exams will be right around the corner. So make sure you start studying and complete your PoE ahead of time.

Create a study schedule – Keep track of your work when you create a study schedule. Remember to add exam dates as well as study breaks.

Make use of your learning material – Don’t leave your study material laying around. Be sure to read through them carefully to expand your knowledge.

Avoid digital distractions – Be sure to avoid digital distractions such as your phone when you study. You can always binge watch your favourite shows after your exams.

Get your tech in check – Writing your exams online? Then make sure you meet the online exam technical requirements to avoid any issues when the big day arrives.

Take note of the exam rules – Make sure you are up to speed on the exam rules. This includes both paper and online exam rules. You’ll steer clear of unwanted issues and irregularities.

Get help from your tutors – You might be studying via distance learning. But you are not in this alone. Get expert help from your skilled tutors every step of the way.
