Are The ICB Curriculum and Syllabus Updated Each Year?
Yes, ICB updates the syllabus each calendar year. They update the syllabus with the help of an institution that provides ICB learning material. This ensures that you learn current skills and that your qualification is relevant to the available careers.
When Is The ICB Curriculum and Syllabus Updated Each Year?
Both the syllabus and ICB study material are updated in January of each calendar year. You might be able to use certain textbooks in the next academic year. But you can check the knowledge base for any changes.
How Do Curriculum Changes Impact Students?
Assessments on the new syllabus take place from 1 April. This gives students who write their exams early in the year a few short months to prepare. All students must also follow any changes to ensure they do not study old content.
Self-studying Students
Students who self-study must get their own learning material. So they need to stay up-to-date on any changes on their own. Students studying with ICB training providers will get useful information on any changes, and their study material will be included in their fees.
