What is ICB MACCI?
The ICB MACCI is a digital platform used by all ICB students. This is where you will complete your ICB portfolio of evidence (PoE). Since all PoE are digital, this provides easy access to your work. Your results are also automarked, which allows you to get your ICB results immediately.
How to Access MACCI
To gain access to the ICB MACCI portal, you need to enrol with the ICB first. If you haven’t, make sure you register as a new ICB student. To find your portfolio, go to the main page, head to the toolbar and click on ’my courses’.
Distance Learning Students
Once you have entered the ICB exam and paid the annual student registration fee, you will then be able to access MACCI.
College-based Students
You will gain access to your portfolio once your college has booked it for you. Make sure you confirm with your college that your registration is complete.
Your Unique Email Address
Every registered ICB student and training provider should have their own unique email address to access the site. If this is your first time using MACCI, you will receive a login email to access the platform.
Using Google Chrome to Access MACCI
To use the platform, you need to use Google Chrome as your default browser. If you use any other browser to access MACCI to complete your PoE, many of the functions will not work. So if you do not have it on your PC or laptop, make sure you install Google Chrome.
Access to Each Section in PoE
Even though you have full access to MACCI, it does not mean you have full access to your entire PoE. There are four sections, ranging from A – D. You need to complete section A to be able to move on to section B, and so forth.

Using the correct platform – Make sure you are using the correct ICB MACCI digital platform.
Use the correct email – You need to ensure the email address you are using is the correct one that was sent to you.
Forgotten username – The username will be in the email sent to you. Simply go back to check it.
Forgotten password – You can click on the tab “forgotten your username and password” on the login page. Add your details to receive an email to reset your password.
You haven’t received an email – You will only receive login details for your first PoE. Thereafter, you can use these details for all of your portfolios.
