When you Will Receive Your ICB Certificate
Think the wait is long to get your certificate? Well not at all. When you will receive your ICB certificate depends on a few things. This includes the printing and issuing of your accredited certificate. They also need to quality check your certificate to make sure all the information is correct.This can take between 6-8 weeks.
FASSET Qualification Certificate
Successfully completed your ICB course? That’s great!. Now the ICB will send your results to FASSET. They will check if you meet the pass requirements. When you do, the ICB will print your certificate on behalf of FASSET.
ICB Programme Certificate
While you wait for your qualification from FASSET, you will get your ICB programme certificate. This can take between 6-8 weeks. You should get it from your local post office once you get a notification with your tracking number. Along with your ICB programme certificate, you will get:
- A transcript of your results
- Letters for each subject stating successful completion of the programme
How to Get Your ICB Certificate
Okay, so the wait might not be that long. But if you’re wondering how to get your ICB certificate, we are here to help. There are two ways in which you can get your qualification. The ICB will send it to your college or training provider who will issue it to you, or via mail.
ICB Digital Certificates
You can also get your ICB certificate digitally. This will allow you to download a digital copy. You need to log into your student portal then go to the ‘My Reports’ tab.
Reprinting Your FASSET Certificate
Need to reprint your certificate? Well for some certificates, there are specific requirements you need to meet first. Take a closer look at them below:
Documents You Need to Reprint Your Certificate
When requesting the reissuing of your qualification, you should have the necessary documents. You will then need to submit these documents to FASSET and pay the reprint fee of R300. You can use your ICB reference number as the payment reference. Documents you need include:
- Certified copy of your ID
- Affidavit with reasons for requesting a reissue of your certificate
- Proof of payment
Reasons for the Reprint of Your FASSET Qualification
The ICB pride themselves on their quality standards. You can’t get a reprint for just any reason. You can only request a reprint if:
- You lost your certificate;
- The certificate is damaged;
- There are changes to your name or surname;
- You find an error on your certificate;
- Your passport number changes (non-South African students)
If you meet these reprint requirements, you will get your:
- ICB programme certificate in 3-4 weeks
- FASSET Qualification Certificate in 6-8 weeks
Reprinting Your ICB/ FASSET Learnership Certificate
To reissue your ICB/ FASSET learnership certificate, you need to meet the above requirements as well (documents and reasons). But the wait for your certificate is longer. You will get it after 3-6 months. FASSET will notify you of the cost.
