Think about a skill you always wanted to learn. Like repairing computers, photography, or fitness. These hobbies will help you destress and take your mind off of work. It will also encourage you to see your life from a different perspective.
Ask to Switch Responsibilities
You could be experiencing burnout because your job duties aren’t enjoyable anymore. Speak to your managers and see if there are different tasks you can do. Try switching responsibilities with another member of your team for a short while. This is also a good opportunity to prove your flexibility in the company.
Consider Changing Environments
Maybe a change of scenery is just what you need. This can increase your motivation and help you be more productive. Step away from your desk by spending your days working at a coffee shop or the library. We admit that this is easier to do if you work from home.
Share Your Concerns

Your last resort would be to quit and find a new job. This can be in your same field or you can take the leap and change careers entirely. It’s best to have a new job before quitting your old one. But if the stress is causing your health to suffer, you should resign and take care of yourself first
