Entrance Requirements
To register for this course you will need to have received the National Certificate: N5 Management.
Our programmes are offered in English. This means that students who wish to apply should be able to read, write and understand the language.
Accreditation
Skills Academy offers the N6 Management Assistant course accredited by the Quality Council for Trades & Occupations (QCTO).
Assessment Structure
There are three internal assignments you can do at your own pace, and one exam set by the DHET. Below is important information to note:

Computer Practice N4 | After completing this course you will be able to establish the relationship between two groups, the organisation and public. You will be able to analyse the public perception & attitude, identify the organisation policy with public interest and then execute the programmes for communication with the public. | |

Computer Practice N5 | This course will add on the information you learnt in the N4 Management Assistant programme. You will learn the basics on how to use computer software. A basic understanding of computers is essential for anyone in the workplace. | |

Information Processing N6 (Needed to get your National Diploma) | Build on the information you have already built up. In order to get your National Diploma you must complete this course. |
