Entrance Requirements
There are no entry requirements for our Child Day Care: Certificate Course. We believe in giving everyone equal opportunities to further their education. All that is required from you is that you can speak, write, read and understand English. All your coursework will be presented to you in English and you need a basic understanding of the language to help you pass.
Accreditation
This course is not accredited; it is a Skills Academy Provider Programme. You will receive a Skills Academy Certificate of completion once you have finished the programme. Provider Programmes are designed to equip you with skills to enter the workplace.
Assessment Structure
There are no scheduled examinations for the Child Day Care: Certificate Course. You only need to submit assignments for each subject. Our assessment structure is perfect for students who don’t want to relive doing exams. This method is a great way to make sure students can apply what they have learned to real life scenarios.

Child Day Care CDC-101 | Learn more about the growth and development of children to help you take care of them. As a Child Care professional, you will need to know how to help kids grow and learn through fun activities. This subject will teach you about their development phase and factors that may influence their growth. |
First Aid Concepts | You will be responsible for many little human beings, because they will be in your care. Fear not. This subject will prepare you for accidents and what to do when they happen. Learn about human anatomy and how to apply the correct first aid procedures. There are also important factors you need to know, such as the legal implications of first aid. |
Customer Satisfaction | As a Child Care professional, you will be working in the service industry. The same customer service principles will apply. Learn how to deal with difficult clients and how to deal with customer feedback to improve your service. |
