Make sure you understand what each fee is for.

What Are ICB Membership Fees?

ICB does not have a membership that gives student benefits. The R500 you pay is just to register as a student. It helps you get access to exams and official student records. This fee does not include any rewards or extras. It is only for registering with ICB so you can write your exams.

Even though there are no membership benefits, this fee is still important. You must pay it to be an official ICB student.

What Are The 2025 CPD And Webinar Replay Fees?

The 2025 ICB fee list does not show any prices for CPD or webinar replays. These might be shared later or handled in a different way.If you are interested in CPD or webinar replays, you can contact ICB directly. They will give you the most up-to-date information.

It’s always a good idea to ask for details so you can plan your learning and budget better.

How Long After Payment Has Been Made Will It Reflect On The Portal?

After you make your payment, it can take some time to show up on the system. ICB usually needs about 48 hours to process your payment.

If your payment does not show after two days, contact ICB with your payment proof. This helps them find your payment faster. Always keep your receipt safe. This makes it easier to fix any problems.

How To Submit A Late Exam Entry?

If you miss the normal exam registration deadline, there is still a way to enter. You can pay a late entry fee of R1 050 per subject.

Late entry is only allowed if there are still spots open for that exam. So, you need to apply quickly.

Make sure to check exam dates early. This helps you plan ahead and avoid late fees.

When Do You Need to Pay Your ICB Fees for 2025?

The annual student registration fee is payable at the time you enter for the first exam of a calendar year. Distance learners can register online to proceed with the academic year and their Skills college courses and fees.
