JOB SUMMARY 

The role requires someone who can work well under pressure, who has a positive attitude 

and who is quick to learn new tasks. 

You will be required to manage the stock and packing for one of our colleges, and end to 

end. We will give you all the training you need to excel in the position. From building stock, 

and sending out the packages. 

DUTIES (including, but not limited to): 

• Building Stock and Maintaining Stock Numbers 
• Preparing for the next day, E.g Build Stock and Making Boxes 
• Checking picking slips for duplicates 
• Packing daily dispatches 
• Waybill allocating daily dispatches 
• Daily checking of the manifest against dispatches and correcting missed waybills 
• Do the weekly stock take and report printing meter readings 
• Report on daily work completed 
• Quality Assurance on packing 
• Report print errors and misfeeds 
• Investigate incorrect packages sent
