So you’ve studied hard, written the final exams and now you’re nervously waiting to see how well you did. Well once the wait is over, you’ll need to know where to cast your eyes. So let’s take one more worry off your mind by showing you where to get your ICB results.
Where to get Your ICB Results
Each exam cycle has its own separate release date. This depends on when you wrote and whether you decided to write the paper-based or online exams. Go ahead and check your ICB calendar so you know when to expect them. For now, here’s where to get your ICB results.
Classroom-based Students
If your training provider is a classroom-based institution, the ICB will send your results directly to them. You should contact your college directly if there are any issues or you haven’t received your results on time.
Distance Learning Students
You can gain access to your exam results via the student portal. To view your results, all you have to do is:
- Log into the portal
- Go to the reports section
- Click on “view my reports”
- Then click on “my assessment results”
You’ll also receive an email with your results. These are usually sent out on the Friday the marks are released. But it might only reach you on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Can you get Your Results via Telephone?
No, you cannot receive your results over the phone. This is for quality purposes as well as to protect students’ privacy.
Please note: Be sure to ignore any results you see on the ICB student portal before the release date. They are not final or accurate.
ICB Exams
The ICB exams are the highlight of the academic year. A lot of pressure is placed on how well you perform. But sometimes, things don’t turn out the way you expected. So here are your options if you are disappointed with your results.
Exam Rewrite
Failing the exam is not the end of the road. You can rewrite the ICB exam for another chance at success. All you have to do is re-enter the exam and pay the exam fees. However, this must be done within 12 months. Otherwise the course material could change.
Exam Re-Mark
The ICB follows very strict rules to ensure that your exams are marked accurately. But if you think there has been a mistake, you have every right to request a re-mark. Keep in mind that you only have a month after receiving your results to do so.
When you Will Receive Your ICB Certificate
Reached the end of your course? Congratulations! After all your hard work, you must be so excited to receive your qualification and start applying for jobs. Luckily, you won’t have to wait that long. You’ll receive your ICB certificate within 6-8 weeks.
