Student Support Champion Vacancy
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven, hard working and team orientated Student Support Champion to join our team at Skills Academy. You will be responsible for all administrative and academic assistance to students at Skills Academy.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Answering calls into the support department Calling students from the support department Manage emails Deal with assignment queries You may be instructed to deal with other tasks when the need arises.
The successful candidate must:
- Be able to touch type
- Be computer literate
- Have Matric
- Office experienced
- Able to work independently and in a team
- +1 Year Inbound or Outbound Call Centre experience
- Customer Service experience is advantageous
The job is highly administrative. Accuracy and speed are both essential to ensureevery student is serviced properly.
