In this subject you will learn about communicating within a professional business environment. You will learn about non-verbal communication such as body language, you will also learn how to communicate with business writing skills, reading skills and speaking skills.

With Tourism Marketing 101 you will be going through a few key principles needed in this industry. These factors include the principles of marketing, the segmentation, targeting and positioning principles and  the organisational behavior in tourism principles. 

In first-aid concepts you will get a basic understanding for first-aid. You will also learn about CPR, medical, environmental and injury specific emergencies and you will have one day of practical learning. 

In this subject you will go through three key factors (clearing the barriers, building the foundation and using the tools) of marketing tourism, each will have their own set of topics that will give you the necessary skills to be a professional in this industry. These skills include how to deal with difficult people, understanding your customers and cooperation techniques.
