Entrance Requirements
Skills Academy wants to open the doors of learning to all. This is why to enrol into this course there are no specific requirements, anyone can enrol.
This programme is taught in English. That means students who are interested should be able to read, write and understand the language.
Accreditation
The Microsoft Office 2010 Comprehensive Certificate Course is a provider programme offered by Skills Academy. This means that while the course may not be accredited, it will certainly open many doors for you.
Assessment Structure
To pass your course, you need to complete the assignments given to you and a subject test. To pass your assessments you must obtain 50% or higher. You will have plenty of time to prepare and complete these assignments in time. If you fail any of your assessments you can resubmit as many times without any extra charge.

Microsoft Outlook 2010: Basic | This subject teaches you the basic functionalities of MS Outlook including, e-mail management, contact management, managing tasks and appointments and creating and responding to meeting requests. |
Microsoft Outlook 2010: Advanced | Learn how to customise Outlook and your messages, organise your mail and manage folders, using your calendar and contacts and also collaboration features. |
