Please take note: The ICB Small Business Management Course is being phased out. You have until February 2022 to register for and pass exams. 

The last day to register for this programme is 31 March 2021. 

This however does not need to interfere with your study goals. Your other study options include our NATED N4 marketing management or N4 business management courses. They are are accredited qualifications and are nationally recognised.

To enrol for this course you must have a Matric or equivalent qualification. Alternatively you can enrol for the first two levels of ICB Financial Accounting with Grade 11 and then complete our NATED courses. 


This subject is designed for students who are either at an early stage in their careers or students who have not yet started working. The aim of the course is to give you a good general knowledge and understanding of the use of English in business situations.

This subject forms the foundation of your accounting knowledge. It teaches you how to prepare books of account from source documents and ledgers, as well as trial balance and bank and creditors reconciliations.

Effective business communication and numeracy is essential for any business person. This subject also focuses on written and spoken communication, as well as numeracy business tools such as fractions, decimal numbers, percentages, ratios, proportions, equations, interest rates and graphs.
