Entrance Requirements
Anyone can enroll for this comprehensive course. All you need is to be able to read and write in English, as well as have an understanding of the language.
Accreditation
This course is a Provider Programme, which means that the course outline, curriculum and study material was developed by Skills Academy. These courses aim to equip you with the skills needed for the workplace, regardless of whether or not you have matric.
Assessment Structure
There are no exams for this course, only assessments. These consist of a Portfolio of Evidence (POE) which is a combination of more than two assignments and a subject test. The pass mark for these assessments is 50%.
For assessments which require students to do Practicals, students may have to do the practicals and take pictures or screenshots of their work if they are doing them on their PCs and submit for marking.

Customer Satisfaction | In event management, satisfied customers determine how successful you can be. Get familiar with the different ways in which you can keep a customer happy. This subject teaches you the ins and outs of how to serve a customer and improve their overall experience. |
Events Management-102 | This subject builds on the knowledge and skills you already learnt in the Events Management-101 subject. Learn more about the management of an event and get in-depth knowledge of how to successfully market an event. You will also learn how to deal with certain risks. |
