What you need to know

Entrance Requirements

There are no specific requirements for this course. Anyone can enrol. This goes to show that Skills Academy highly believes in quality higher education for everyone and strives to provide it.


This programme is taught in English. That means students who are interested should be able to read, write and understand the language.

Accreditation

There is no body of accreditation for this course. However, holding this qualification will open doors for you that would have otherwise remained closed without the qualification. It will increase your credibility.

Assessment Structure

To pass your course, you need to complete and pass all the assignments given to you. The assignments can be completed in the comfort of your own home. You will not be required to write any exams but you will need to submit a PoE (Portfolio of Evidence) and write subject tests.  All tests and assignments are set up by Skills Academy.

Subject Outcomes

This course is a second level you need to take to assist you with your digital photography career. Here’s what you can expect to learn:

Subject Description
Communication This subject introduces the importance of communication skills in digital photography. Students will learn effective ways to convey ideas through images, captions, and storytelling.
Digital Photography DP 101 This subject provides foundational knowledge in digital photography, including camera settings, lighting, and composition.

Study Upgrade

On completion of this course, you will be able to advance to the next level, Digital Photography: Comprehensive Course.
