ICB 2020 What’s Changed?

The ICB introduced a few changes to improve the quality of education each student will receive at home. This ‘ICB 2020 What’s Changed?’ guide will explain it all. Here’s what you can expect.

Revised Timetable

The ICB Academic Team has been working on a revised timetable for their 2020 examinations. Therefore, no exams will take place until further notice. All May examinations are paused until the ICB announces their new timetable. The academic team will also take all student’s concerns regarding online exams into consideration while they are working on their plan.

MACCI 2.0 

Recently, the ICB updated MACCI to improve the user experience for all its students. With the new version up and running, distance learning students can no longer do manual registrations. All registrations should be done online. Here’s what you can do on MACCI 2.0:

  • Access your PoE digitally
  • Take your tests online
  • Get your test results immediately
  • See which answers you got wrong 
  • Register and book for your exams

ACCA Specials

ACCA now offers specials to all ICB students who have registered and completed their ICB National Diploma Financial Accounting NQF 6 qualification. Learn more about the discounts and who qualifies for them here. 

ICB 2020 What's Changed?

ICB Fasset 

ICB is now allowed to take over the printing of FASSET certificates. The ICB and FASSET came into an agreement, and the ICB will now prioritise certificates that were overlooked or missed. This agreement means that only the completed qualifications that were approved by FASSET will be printed. Learn more about the ICB and FASSET’s agreement here.
