Our ideal candidate has:

  • A postgraduate qualification which would be to your advantage, but it is not a requirement.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience running a medium sized organisation.
  • Exposure to the education sector is essential.
  • Stakeholder relationship management with excellent communication ability.
  • Strategic thinking skills, Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working within the education sector would be to your advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Financial management component of a company.
  • Board-level reporting and analysis.
