Administrative Assistant

An administrative assistant performs administrative and office support duties for all office related tasks in a business. They can do a number of things from fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, to creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. In order to become a successful administrative assistant, one should have good software skills, internet research abilities, and strong communication skills.
